The hotel has a prime location, with an excellent view from the rooms, and it is close to the ski lift and slopes, perfect for a business trip. the spa is well-designed and relaxing, ideal for winding down after a long day.

The hotel staff was not welcoming at all, and there were no complimentary amenities in the bathroom except for soap. the food was not up to expectations, and the hotel tried to save money by using leftovers from breakfast during dinner.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, right across the ski lifts. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful and the view of the mountains was breathtaking.

The location was fantastic, as the hotel was directly opposite the ski lifts making it easy to access the slopes. the room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains. the bathroom was clean and well kept. the service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. There was also a beautiful spa within the hotel to use.

The lack of attention given to small details, such as toiletries not being provided in the bathroom.

Amazing spa, beautiful rooms and delicious food. The spa was a perfect place for relaxation with many treatment options. Our room had a beautiful view and was very cozy. The food was scrumptious and definitely the highlight of our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just across the ski lift and close to many attractions.

We experienced underwhelming service and attention to detail. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and we didn't receive a welcome drink or afternoon snack.
